Admission to undergraduate law courses at Nirma University is strictly based on performance in the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test). You must fill out the CLAT application before completing the Nirma University application form.

Registration Timeline
Here is when the registration starts:
- For the upcoming 2027–2028 Academic Year: Registrations are expected to open in mid-August 2026 (historically, Nirma opens its application portal around August 15th).
- For the 2026–2027 Academic Year (Current Year): The application portal opened on August 15, 2025, and officially closed on April 15, 2026, for the General Category.
Key steps to keep in mind once registration opens:
- You must first register for the CLAT exam (which also typically opens its registrations in early August).
- Once you have your CLAT application details, you will use them to fill out the separate application form specifically for the Institute of Law, Nirma University, on their official admission portal.
Fee Structure (Admission Year 2026-27)
The fees are identical across all three undergraduate programs (B.A. LL.B., B.Com. LL.B., and B.B.A. LL.B.).
The total amount payable for the admission year 2026-27 is ₹4,25,700.
For the NRI/NRI Sponsored Category, the tuition fee is US$7,500 per annum (excluding refundable deposits, development fees, and alumni fees).
